摘　　要：本文简要概述了创办特色高职院校的必要性与"特色"的内涵,明确了"特色"高职建设的主要内容:办学体制机制创新,特色专业与专业群建设,人才培养模式改革,师资队伍建设和特色校园文化建设。大力发展中国特色的职业教育,坚持走中国特色的职业教育发展路子,发挥示范院校的引领作用,带动高等职业教育加快改革与发展,深化教育教学改革、创新人才培养模式、建设高水平专兼结合专业教学团队、提高社会服务能力和创建办学特色,逐步形成结构合理、功能完善、质量优良的高等职业教育体系,更好地为经济建设和社会发展服务。This essay briefly explains the necessity of constructing characteristic vocational colleges and makes the connotation of characteristics clear：the innovative school-running mechanism,characteristic majors and major group,innovative talents training mode,teaching team building and campus culture construction.It is also proposed in the essay that vocational colleges of Chinese characteristics should be greatly developed in the guidance of the exemplary vocational colleges so as to speed up the development and reform of higher vocational education,and that the teaching reform should be deepened,the talents training mode should be innovated,the teaching team should be built to a higher level,the social service ability and school-running characteristics should be developed so that the higher vocational education system can be built with more reasonable structure,perfect function and superior quality to serve the economic construction and social development better.
