摘 要:校长的道德领导力是校长引领学校全校师生培育和践行核心价值观及实现积极变革的过程、行为和能力。校长的道德领导力呈现为愿景领导力、变革领导力和课程领导力,具有5个方面的表现特征。在校长道德领导力建设过程中,需要处理好个人认识与全校共识、愿景提出与实践落实、目标实现与内部协调、常态领导与危机领导、思想感召与制度规范之间的关系。Improving principal moral leadership is necessary for integrating socialist core value system into basic education successfully. The principal moral leadership is the process that the headmaster mobilizes all the teachers and students to achieve the common vision based on socialism core values,and the process,behavior and ability of the headmaster leading schools in implementing the positive change and the core values. The principal moral leadership is regarded as vision leadership ,transformational leadership ,and curriculum leadership ,with five aspects of characteristics. To develop principal moral leadership , it is required to deal with the following five relationships properly between: personal vision and school consensus;vision set-up and its practical implemen-tation;goals achievement and the internal coordination;normal leadership and crisis leadership;thought inspiration and system regulation.
