摘　　要：产业集群发展过程也是知识共享的过程,知识共享效果成为产业集群发展成功与否的关键。虽然每个集群都认识到知识共享的重要性,都在努力搭建共享平台,但是现实中,集群知识共享的效果并不令人满意。本文将产业集群视为一种网络结构,即集群网络,并从集群网络集中度视角来研究其对集群知识共享的影响及条件。研究发现,集群网络集中度影响集群知识共享,但影响过程较为复杂,而且集群知识共享意愿在集群网络中心度与知识共享之间具有调节作用。The development of industrial clusters involves the knowledge concentration and evolvement. Knowledge-sharing is important to both the cluster and enterprises. Although the importance of knowledge-sharing is recognized by clusters which are trying to build up sharing plat- form, the cluster knowledge-sharing system is not well functioning. In this paper, industrial cluster is regarded as a social network, namely cluster network, and centrality is an aspect standing for cluster network structure. The influence and adjustment of cluster knowledge-sharing by cluster network centrality is studied. The following conclusions are reached： Cluster network centrality could influence cluster knowledge-sharing, but with a complicated process. Cluster knowledge-sharing intention could exert adjusting influence between cluster network centrality and knowledge-sharing.
