摘  要:随着信息技术的发展,社交媒体拥有越来越活跃的用户群体,在企业中社交媒体得到越来越广泛的使用。为探究社交媒体的使用对企业内部知识共享的影响,本文采用社会网络分析方法从网络图、密度、中心度、网络凝聚性和网络平均距离五个方面分别对企业部门间、部门内使用社交媒体所形成的咨询网络、情感网络、情报网络、信任网络进行对比分析,得出了社交媒体的使用对企业部门间和部门内知识共享产生的有利影响。本文的研究结果为企业内社交媒体的合理使用、人员配置以及实现有效沟通提供对策和建议,以提高企业知识创新能力,增强企业的竞争优势。With the rapid development of information technology, social media has been widely adopted by more and more active user groups - enterprise users are among the active ones. To explore the influence of so- cial media to the knowledge sharing within enterprises, we completed a comparative study on the informal net- works, i. e. Advice Network, Friendship Network, Communication Network and Trust network, which are formed by using social media within departmental and cross departmental organizations. The study is based on social network analysis (SNA) methodology and involved in five aspects of the informal networks in network di- agram, network density, network centrality, and network cohesion and network average distance. We con- cluded that the adoption of social media will have positive impact on the knowledge sharing within and cross de- partments of an enterprise. This paper presents some strategy and recommendations for reasonable usage of so- cial media, human resource optimization, and effective communication within an enterprise and that will help to promote innovation and increase the competitive advantage of an enterprise.
