摘  要:通过对一所乡村幼儿园的生活体验研究,发现乡村幼儿教师的日常生活闲散、单调且乏味,乡村幼儿教师精神文化生活和专业生活空乏。管理者的无知与无奈,家长的期盼与牵引,教师的期待与失望并存。乡村社会生存条件艰苦,与城市舒适的生活形成鲜明对比;幼儿教师对乡村社会归属感缺失,离职倾向明显;乡村幼儿教师专业发展停滞不前,导致自我价值危机。Through the lived experience research on a village kindergarten , this paper found that rural preschool teachers live the idle , monotonous and boring life , and their spiritual and cultural life and professional life are also empty and depleted . The problems of managers’ ignorance and frustration , parents’ hope and traction , teachers’ expectation and disappointment coexist . Harsh conditions of rural society gives the sharp contrast with the comfortable city life in ;The preschool teachers’ sense of belonging is missing , and turnover intention becomes clear ;Rural preschool teachers ’ professional development is unbalanced leading to a crisis of self-improvement .
