中医肝主疏泄生理功能研究现状与分析

摘　　要：肝主疏泄是肝藏象的主要生理功能之一,历来受到学术界的广泛关注。文章从理论探讨、实验研究、临床研究3个角度,对2000年至今中医藏象理论中有关肝主疏泄相关生理功能的研究情况进行综述,提炼、分析了现有生理研究的初步成果与不足之处,以期为进一步开展中医藏象生理功能研究提供参考。Conveyance and dispersion is one of the main physiological functions of the liver in traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM ） whose research is given extensive attention of all the time in academic circles. This article reviews the researches that are about physiological functions related to conveyance and dispersion of the liver in the theory of visceral state of TCM from 3 angles including theoretical discussion, experimental study and clinical research since 2000. Preliminary resuhs and defects of existing physiological research were summarized and analyzed. It is purposed to provide the reference for further research about physiologica1 functions of visceral state in TCM.
