摘  要:随着经济全球化的发展,中国对外开放的深度和广度都得到了极大的提升,中西方文化交流已深入到生活的各个方面,中国饮食文化已成为传播本国文化的重要纽带,因此,承载着中国饮食文化的菜名英译有着十分重要的意义。在本篇文章中,作者以《北京市菜单英文译法》和《中文菜单英文译法》为例来谈中餐菜单的翻译趋势及其可行性。In the process of globalization, the increasing depth and breadth of the China's opening up to the outside world have been greatly promoted and the cultural exchange between China and the West has permeated into every aspects of our daily life. Chinese cuisine culture acts as an ambassador in the transmission of Chinese culture, therefore, a well-made bilingual menu is of great importance. In this paper, the author will talk about the Translation Orientation and Feasibility of C-E Menu conditioned on C-E Menu from English Versions of Chinese Menu and C-E Menu Translation two books.
