摘 要:[目的]为了验证红松种鳞多酚二次纯化及抗氧化特性.[方法]采用聚酰胺层析柱法对经AB-8树脂纯化后的红松种鳞多酚纯化液进行二次纯化,并且测定其DPPH自由基清除率、总还原能力.[结果]通过正交试验分析,得到聚酰胺二次纯化的最优条件为:聚酰胺树脂30 ~60目、上样pH 5、吸附时间1h、洗脱液为乙醇、上样量2 BV、洗脱浓度70%、洗脱pH 7.在此工艺下,多酚的纯度可达62%±2%.二次纯化后的多酚清除DPPH自由基的IC50值为10.94 μg/ml,总还原能力与VC的相似且略高于一次纯化的多酚液.[结论]红松种鳞二次纯化多酚纯度约为一次纯化多酚的2倍,且具有抗氧化特性.[ Objective] The research aimed to test and verify secondary purification and antioxidant properties of Korean pine scale polyphe- nols. [ Method] By polyamide column chromatography method for AB-8 resin purification of Korean pine scale polyphenols, liquid after sec- ondary purification was purified, and DPPH free radical clearance rate and the total reducing power were determined. [ Result] Polyamide was obtained by the orthogonal experiment analysis. The optimal conditions for secondary purification was as follows: 30 to 60 mesh polyamide res- in, sample pH 5, adsorption timel h, eluent for ethanol 2 BV on sample amount, elution concentration 70%, elution pH 7. In this process, the purity of polyphenols was up to 62% - 2%. IC50 value of secondary purified polyphenols removal DPPH free radical was 10.94 μg,/ml, to- tal reducing power was similar to Vc and slightly higher than the fluid of a purified polyphenols. [ Conclusion] Korean pine species of scale secondary purified polyphenols purity was about 2 times a purified polyphenols, and had antioxidant properties.
