神经症患者的社会功能障碍及其相关因素研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨神经症患者的社会功能障碍状况及其相关因素。方法　采用症状自评量表SymptomChecklist 90 (Scl- 90 ) [1] 、生活事件量表LifeEventScale(LES) [1] 、社会支持量表SocialSupportRatingScale(SSRS) [1] 、社会功能缺陷量表SocialDisabilityScreeningSchedule(SDSS) [2 ] ,对符合入组标准的门诊神经症患者进行访谈及测评共测评 10 6例。结果　社会功能表现良好者占 10 38% ,尚好者占4 5 2 8% ,差者占 4 4 34%。Logistic回归分析显示 ,神经症患者个性、强迫症状、及疾病类型对社会功能障碍均有明显影响。结论　神经症存在社会功能障碍 。Objective: To investigate the social ability and related factors of the patients with neuroses Method:106 outpatients with neuroses were examined with Checkltst 90(SCL-90),Life Event Scale(LES),Social Support Support Scale(SSRS),Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS) Results:10 38% of the patients were in good conditions,45 28% in fair conditions and 44 34% in poor conditions With ANOVA we found that many factors are more related to social disability Which including working show after illness?individuality?the total scores of SCL-90?the total scores of SSRS?the type of neuroses,and also including obsessive compulsive?depressive?anxious?psychotice and subjective support With Logistic regression analysis,it was found that three factors are more related to social disability They are obsessive compulsive?the type of neuroses,and individuality Conclusion:neuroses had social disability,which realted to many factors
