摘　　要：介绍了多层前馈神经网络BP算法的基本思想,利用改进的BP神经网络方法对郑州市房地产销售价格指数进行了预测,结果显示该方法预测精度较高。The article is about the basic idea of the BP algorithm of multilayer feed forward neural network. We study the problem that ANN is applied in the prediction of real estate sales price index of Zhengzhou. At last, we make a conclusion that the accuracy of the improved BP prediction is excellent.
