摘　　要：文中介绍了以ARM Cortex-M3为核心的气相色谱仪温控系统,实时操作系统采用μC/OS-Ⅱ。从系统整体结构分析入手,确定系统控制方案;接着介绍了主要的硬件电路设计,阐述了如何将温度传感器的微弱信号进行放大、滤波,经过A/D转换后得到高精度的温度值;然后引入PID控制算法,分析了PID控制的思想,进一步介绍了下位机实时操作系统的移植和应用程序中主要任务的实现,同时介绍了上位机的人机界面设计,以及上下位机之间的串口通讯协议的制定和相关编程。This paper described a gas chromatograph temperature control system based on ARM Cortex-M3 ,with the real-time operating system used μC/OS-Ⅱ.. This paper analyzed the overall structure of the system to determine the system control program, this paper introduced the main hardware circuit design, explained how the weak signal of the temperature sensor was amplified, filtered,and the temperature value after A/D conversion precision was obtained. Then this paper used the PID control algorithm to analyze the idea of the PID control, further described the lower machine real-time operating system migration and the main task of the application implementation, and also introduced HMI design of PC and serial communication protocol between the devel- opment and related programming.
