管理文化与开放教育资源发展的相关性探究:基于莱斯大学的启示

摘　　要：大学文化持续而深入地影响着大学的教育教学,作为大学课程形态的开放教育资源必然受到大学文化的影响。管理文化体现了大学成员的需求和期望,反映了大学领导者的个人风格,对大学不同层级维度的决策和行动产生根本性的影响。在管理文化的作用下,开放教育资源成为推进大学绩效管理和取得竞争优势的重要媒介,而管理文化的控制功能也通过开放教育资源在大学组织学习中得以彰显。长期以来,莱斯大学以其严格和高水平的课程教学闻名于世,而开放教育资源项目更是严格贯彻质量管理理念和质量管理计划,反映了其显著而独特的管理文化。University culture affects the teaching of the university persistently and deeply , OER is inevitably influenced by the uni-versity culture as one of the university curriculum modal .The managerial culture reflects the needs and expectations of university mem-bers, reflects the leadership style of university personal , and affects decision and action of different levels and dimension of university profoundly .OER has become an important medium for promoting university performance management and competitive advantage under the influence of managerial culture , and cultural control function of managerial culture can be demonstrated in the university organiza -tion learning through the open educational resources .For a long time , Rice University has achieved their fame through a combination of both its strict and high standards of quality in instruction , and OER program is strictly implemented the quality management idea and quality management plan , reflected a significant and unique managerial culture .
