摘　　要：通过论述建构高职学院学生学籍管理预警机制的内涵和必要性,提出通过"事前预防型"的主动性管理,把危机处理前移,并分析了建设学籍管理机制应该考虑的原则和管理的实践方式,最后探讨了建立学籍管理机制要注意的问题。This paper discusses the connotation and necessity of the construction of early warning mechanism of vocational college student roll management, and it holds that by ＆quot;active management of prevention＆quot;, the crisis management can be moved forward. Then it analyzes the principles of establishing student roll management mechanism as well as management practice. Finally it discusses the problems that should be paid attention to during the process of establishing the school roll management mechanism.
