摘  要:目的对徐州市2013年度采集的6大类11种食品中总α和总β放射性水平进行检测与分析。方法采用比较测量法对11种食品的总α、总β放射性水平进行检测,并与食品中放射性物质限制浓度标准(GB14882-1994)比较、分析。结果 11种食品的总α放射性水平结果依次为0.0782 Bq/kg、0.122 Bq/kg、1.10 Bq/kg、0.0259 Bq/kg、0.166 Bq/kg、0.294 Bq/kg、0.0411 Bq/kg、1.56 Bq/kg、0.294 Bq/kg、3.85 Bq/kg、0.314 Bq/kg。总β放射性水平结果依次为61.0 Bq/kg、129 Bq/kg、175 Bq/kg、21.1 Bq/kg、76.4 Bq/kg、81.9 Bq/kg、38.3 Bq/kg、69.7 Bq/kg、68.9 Bq/kg、122 Bq/kg、47.3 Bq/kg。结论本方法简单、快速,适合推广应用。本次采集的食品样品均未受到放射性物质的污染,放射性水平较低,在本底范围内,食用是安全的。Objective To detect and analyze the total α and β radioactivity levels in 11 kinds of food of 6 categories in Xuzhou in 2013. Methods The total α and β radioactivity levels in 11 kinds of food were detected by comparative measurement meth- od, and the results were compared with the data of "Concentration limit standard of radioactive substances in food" (GB14882 - 1994). Results The total ct radioactive levels in the 11 kinds of food were 0. 0782 Bq/kg, O. 122 Bq/kg, 1. I0 Bq/kg, 0.0259 Bq/kg, O. 166 Bq/kg, 0.294 Bq/kg, 0.0411 Bq/kg, 1.56 Bq/kg, 0.294 Bq/kg, 3.85 Bq/kg, O. 314 Bq/kg. While the total [3 radioactive levels were 61.0 Bq/kg, 129 Bq/kg, 175 Bq/kg, 21.1 Bq/kg, 76.4 Bq/kg, 81.9 Bq/kg, 38.3 Bq/kg, 69.7 Bq/kg, 68.9 Bq/kg, 122 Bq/kg, 47.3 Bq/kg. Conclusion The method was simple and rapid, worthy of promoted ap- plication. The 11 kinds of food samples were not polluted by radioactive substances, showing low radioactive level. It was safe for edible use in the range of background.
