摘 要:为考察大枣多糖对香菇多糖体内抗疲劳和抗氧化的增效作用,采用对照组及大枣香菇多糖复合物低、中、高3个浓度剂量灌胃小鼠,30 d后对其进行负重游泳实验,42 d后测定其血浆和肝脏的过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量和清除羟自由基能力。实验结果表明:香菇多糖:大枣多糖=7:3时抗氧化能力最强。由小鼠负重游泳实验可知,高剂量组(100 mg/kg)为(79.26±0.39)min与香菇多糖对照组(52.15±1.57)min具有显著差异(p<0.05),说明大枣多糖能够显著提高香菇多糖的抗疲劳作用。抗氧化指标测定中,低、中、高剂量组都能够提高血浆和肝组织中CAT活性、GSH-PX活力和SOD活力,并能清除羟自由基,降低MDA的含量,与香菇多糖对照组相比,高剂量组显著提高血浆肝脏中GSH-PX和SOD活性,中剂量组显著提高肝脏中CAT活力,这说明大枣多糖对香菇多糖具有显著提高其抗疲劳抗氧化的作用。To investigate the synergistic effect of jujuba polysaccharide (JDP) on Lentinan (LNT) in antifatigue & antioxidant activities, JDP and LNT compounds of low, middle and high dosage were adopted in the mice anti-fatigue & antioxidant function, compared with control group. After 30 days loaded mice swimming experiment was done, and after 40 days CAT, scavenging .OH, GSH-PX, SOD and MDA abilities of blood and liver were measured. The results demonstrated that the optimum proportion was JDP:LNT=3:7. According to loaded mice swimming experiment, JDP and LNT compounds of high dosage (100 mg/kg) (79.26±0.39) min and LNT control group (52.15±1.57) min increased significantly (p〈0.05), LNT with JDP could obviously prolong the swimming time of loaded mice. As for the antioxidant experiment, JDP and LNT compounds could enhance the CAT, GSH-PX and SOD activities of mice blood and liver, and decrease the .OH ability and MDA content. Compared with LNT control group, high dosage markedly enhanced the activities of GSH-PX and SOD in blood and liver, and middle dosage significantly increased CAT activity in liver. It showed that JDP on LNT had obvious improvement in the anti-fatigue & antioxidant function.
