摘 要:"双因素理论"作为一种重要的激励管理理论,解释了人才激励机制建设中的多方面关系,对进一步完善国土资源科技人才激励机制有重要指导作用。在建立健全国土资源科技人才激励机制方面,应重点把握物质激励和精神激励相结合、个体激励和集体激励相平衡、长期激励和短期激励相协调。完善国土资源科技人才激励机制的建议:综合运用保健因素和激励因素、激励机制与评价体系、行为激励和制度激励,进一步丰富国土资源科技人才的激励手段、提高激励质量、增强激励时效。As an important theory on incentive management, two-factor theory explains various relationships in the improvement of incentive mechanism for talented person. This theory will have important guiding role for this mechanism's further development. In doing so, this paper proposes that we should engage in focus efforts to integrate material incentives with spirit incentives, balance individual and collective incentives, coordinate long-term and short-term incentives. In addition, we need to use a combination of means to further enrich incentives so as to make the quality and the effectiveness for a given period of time of the incentive to a higher level. These means include hygienic factors and incentives, incentive mechanism and evaluation system, and behavior and system incentives.
