摘　　要：针对矿工不安全行为分类模糊的问题,在参考相关文献分类的基础上,结合煤矿生产的实际以及矿工群体特征,从不安全行为产生的原因出发,将不安全行为分为系统失误引起的不安全行为、行为失误引起的不安全行为以及管理失误引起的不安全行为3大类。并从行为致因角度考虑,分别提出了改善生产环境及设备条件、加强安全培训、加强安全文化建设、强化管理层管理责任等措施,以期为有效控制矿工不安全行为以及煤矿安全生产提供参考。To the problem of unclear classification of miner unsafe behavior,in reference to the related literature classification,combined with the actual production condition of coal mine and miners＇ characteristics,unsafe behaviors were divided into three big categories from the cause of unsafe behavior,the three big categories are safe behavior that caused by the system error,unsafe behavior that caused by the behavior mistake and unsafe behavior that caused by the management error. Some measures such as ameliorating the production environment and equipments,strengthening the safety training and safety cultural construction,intensifying the responsibility of the management level etc were proposed from the perspective of the reason of behavior. It provided the references for the effective control the unsafe behavior of miners and safety production of coal mine.
