摘  要:我国当前有18所医学院校试办八年制医学教育,教学模式改革是八年制医学教育改革的重要方面之一。目前八年制医学教学模式主要包括以"学科为中心"教学模式和"器官系统整合"的教学模式,本文以八年制泌尿系统教学为例,分别从现状、改革与思考两方面对两种教学模式分别进行探讨,分别分析两种教学模式的特色及面临的挑战,建议医学院校根据自身的实际情况采用相应的教学模式,以利于提高八年制泌尿系统教学的质量,探索更适合八年制泌尿系统教学的道路。In China, 18 medical schools have tried to establish eight-year medical education program. Medical teaching models retbrm is one of the important reforms in eight-year medical education program. There are two mainly teaching models for eight-year medical education program, one is discipline centered teaching models, the other is organ system based integrated one. This article discusses these teaching models from current situation to reforms and considerations, analyzes characteristics and challenges, which are based on an example of urinary system teaching. The purpose of this article is to improve teaching quality and give some suggestions to urinary teaching reforms for eight- year medical education program.
