摘　　要：结合实际情况,从学生书写医疗文件、参与临床工作、整理名老中医案例、学习经典著作、加强医德医风教育、参加学科(专科)建设等几个方面,简要分析临床型研究生培养方法。The postgraduate education of hematology of TCM in our school includes academic and clinical professional degrees.Based on the actual situation of this branch,the training program of clinical professional master degree will be simply analyzed from writing medical records,participating in clinical practice,archiving the clinical cases of famous TCM doctors,studying classic medical works,strengthening medical ethics education and joining in discipline（ specialty） construction.
