摘  要:研制了数字伺服控制原理实验系统,该系统采用计算机作为上位机,软件由Visual C++6.0编写,由下位机PLC传达控制命令,驱动硬件电路,最终驱动直流电机工作。系统根据设定值驱动电机工作,带动工作台移动,系统实时采集数据,描绘实验曲线,以反映不同控制方式及控制参数下实际值和设定值之间的关系,从而加深学生对相关知识的理解。该系统可进行伺服系统全方面的实验,实验参数及实验项目可自由选择。A digital servo control principle of the experimental system was developed.The computer was the upper machine in the system,the software was writen by Visual C+ + 6.0,the machine PLC was used as slave machine to send control commands,hardware circuit was droven,Finally,the DC motor worked.All aspects of the experiment for servo system could be done in this system,the experimental parameters and experimental project can be free chosen,the motor was droven according to the setting value,then the workbench moved,the experimental curve was depicted while data was received.The relationship between the actual value and the setting value was reflected as the different control methods or control parameters,so it makes the students understand the related knowledge deeply.
