高职外语专业高附加值人才培养刍议

摘　　要："附加值"是高职外语专业重要的分析视角。从市场的角度看,高职外语专业的特殊性在于层次差异显著,其根本原因在于其培养人才和专业经营的附加值低,从而在人才产业链中处于较低的地位。要打造具有高附加值的高职外语专业,应建立起学生(产品)中心的教育教学体系;厘清高等外语人才链的运行规律,深入挖掘价值增长点;树立精英意识,注重选拔和分层培养;按照职业需要树立研发理念,打造高效的教学体系。“Added value” is an important analysis perspective of vocational foreign language major .From a perspec-tive of market,the particularity of higher vocational foreign language major is the distinct difference of level ,which reason basically is the low added value of talents cultivation and professional marketing resulted in the low status in the chain of talents industries .To build a vocational foreign language professionals with high added value ,we should establish the educational system students （ product ） centered ,clarify the laws of the industry chain of high -level for-eign language talents ,develop further the value growth ,cultivate the elite consciousness ,pay attention to the selec-tion and hierarchical cultivation ,establish professional development philosophy and build an highly efficient educa -tion system in accordance with the vocational needs .
