摘 要:临床医学本科教育是我国医学教育的基石,但当今实习教学环境面临医学生缺乏有效的主观能动性,现实医疗与教学环境的困境等诸多现实难题。在实践中采用大学生感兴趣的微信即时通讯平台与传统教学模式相结合,将其应用于课前PBL讨论,课中互动,课后复习与讨论诸多环节,增加了教学的亲和力、兴趣性与互动性,扬长避短,调动了学生参与学习的积极性,取得了较好的教学效果,有待进一步在教学实践中总结应用。Undergraduate education is the foundation of clinical medical education in our country, but the current practice teaching environment faces the lack of effective subjective initiative of medical students, the plight of medical and teaching environment and so on many real problems. In practice, we combined traditional teaching mode with Wechat which the college students interested in, then applied to the PBL discussions before class, class interaction, after-school review and discussion. We found that the combination increased the affinity of the teaching, interest and interactive, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, aroused the enthusiasm of the students participate in learning. Overall, the application of Wechat in clinical practice teaching have achieved good teaching effect, remains to be further applied in teaching practice.
