摘　　要：我校近几年开展了大学生创新实践科研训练,在大学生重点项目课题支持下,开展对上海崇明地区入侵植物调查,通过以学生为主导的科研训练,以及基于问题发现的学习法,让学生身临其境,通过自主实践探索发现和解决问题,提高了学生创新能力与军事素质,有利于人才的培养。Student Research Training Programs have been done for several years in our University. Based on the important project of Student Research Training Programs, we have investigated the invasive plant in Chongming iland area. Student-led Field Research Training and Problem based learning was used in this project. In this case, and find out the answer by themselves. the students are personally on the scene and find the problem, At the same time, the students＇ innovation ability and military quality have been improved.
