浅谈高校校本化课程实施制度建构策略

摘　　要：高校校本化课程实施制度是指高校教育共同体成员为了使学校课程实施适应本校的办学定位、办学特色、办学条件等具体情况,而应该遵守的成体系的课程实施规则.当下高校校本化课程实施制度主要存在的问题是学校课程与教学制度未能融入本校的文化精神、校本化课程实施理念在整个理念系统中的地位弱化、行为规则体系缺失和制度保障体系不完善.因此,高校校本化课程实施制度的建构应该尊重高校主体地位,转变制度生成路径;凸显校本化课程实施理念,营造相应的文化氛围;奠定理论和实践基础,制定切实可行的行为规则;建立与完善校本化课程实施制度保障体系.The school-based curriculum implementation institution of higher school is the rules that the members of the community education of higher school should comply with to make the school curriculum implementation adapt to the higher school＇s specific circumstances,such as higher school＇s educational orientation,characteristics,conditions and so on.The current main problems of the school-based curriculum implementation institution of higher school are that the university＇s cultural spirit not integrated into the curriculum and teaching institution of higher school;the weakening of the status of the idea of the school-based curriculum implementation in the whole idea system;the lacking of rules of conduct system and the imperfection of the institutional support system.Therefore,the construction of school-based curriculum implementation institution of higher school should respect the dominant position of higher school,and change the path of institution generating;highlight the idea of school-based curriculum implementation,and create the appropriate culture;lay the theoretical and practical foundation to develop practical rules of conduction;establish and improving the supporting system of the school-based curriculum implementation institution.
