摘　　要：在美国哈佛医学院麻省总院骨科参观学习期间,研究并学习骨科各年资住院医生学习和工作的制度,探讨他们的骨科专业培养方式,他们的培养方式先进有效,应该引进学习。通过介绍美国骨外科住院医师培训的申请与选拔、培训内容及要求,并与国内骨科住院医师培养方式和制度进行比较,发现目前国内骨科住院医师培养方式较为落后,希望能够对国内骨外科住院医师培训制度的改革与发展有所帮助。During the visiting of the United States Harvard medical school Massachusetts institute Orthoapedic department, throug the observation of the seniority of Orthoapedic resident study and work around, and understanding their professional training mode, the writer feel that there are many worthy of our learning and reference. This paper introduce the United States orthoapedic resident training＇s application and selection, training contents and requirements, and compare with the domestic orthopaedic resident training＇s present situation, points out the current domestic orthoapedic resident training system＇s faults, and hope it can be helpful to domestic orthoapedic resident training system＇s reform and development.
