摘  要:缓冲平衡阀是旋挖钻机上车回转液压系统的重要组成部分,对旋挖钻机上车回转的启制动特性起决定作用。文章以某型旋挖钻机为研究对象,分析了缓冲平衡阀的主要结构和工作原理,建立了旋挖钻机回转液压系统的AMEsim仿真模型,研究了缓冲平衡阀的2个弹簧预紧力、锥阀的直径、阻尼孔直径等主要参数对旋挖钻机回转液压系统的影响。结果表明,缓冲平衡阀锥阀直径在9-10mm之间,阻尼孔直径在0.3-0.5mm之间,系统响应快,马达压力波动小,工作平稳。Counterbalance valve is an important part of hydraulic system of rotary drill rig slewing mechanism .It plays a decisive role during rotary drill rig start slewing and braking .Taking a certain type of rotary drill rig as an example ,the main construction and work principle of its counterbalance valve are analyzed .Then the simulation model of the rotary drill rig hydraulic slewing system is built by AMESim .The influence of the main parameters of the counterbalance valve including two springs ’ preload ,cone valve diameter ,orifice diameter on the rotary drill rig hydraulic slewing system is dis-cussed .The results show that ,when the cone valve diameter is between 9 mm and 10 mm and the ori-fice diameter is between 0.3 mm and 0.5 mm ,the system response is fast and stable ,and the working pressure fluctuation of the motor is small .
