摘 要:"大学英语"课程兼具工具性与人文性,而过分强调工具性,忽视其人文性是当前课程教学的突出问题。自上世纪末,越来越多的学者和教师认识到在大学英语课程中进行人文教育的重要性,并就如何实施进行了讨论。本研究从实证研究的角度,以人文教育、现代教学论和自主学习理论为基础,通过历时一年的大学英语课堂人文教育,探究其对英语学习兴趣、自主学习能力、跨文化交际能力、人文精神发展以及英语学习效果的影响,以期促进学生综合素质的提高与全面成长。"College English" course, as a tool, is also humanistic, but it is more regarded as a tool while its' humanism is neglected, which is a prominent problem of the course teaching currently. Since the end of the last century, more and more scholars and teachers have been realizing the importance of carrying out humanistic education in "College English" course, and also discussing how to implement it. From the perspective of empirical study, based on humanistic education, modern pedagogical theory and autonomous learning theory, through a year of humanistic e- ducation in "College English" class, this paper explored the in- fluence of humanistic education on English learning interest, autonomous learning ability, intercultural communication ability, humanistic spirit development as well as English learning effect, hoping to promote the improvement of students' comprehensive quality and their comprehensive growth.
