依托高等师范院校开展民族民间体育的可行性研究——以陕西师范大学为例

摘　　要：开展民族民间体育对传承和弘扬我国优秀传统文化传承体系的建设具有深远的意义,本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法对陕西师范大学开展民族民间体育课程进行调查研究.结果表明:现阶段陕西师范大学体育学院的民族民间体育课程设置主要以武术教学内容为主,所开展的民族体育课与武术课的教学内容相重合;民族民间体育课的内容应根据社会需求和地域的特色而设置的,本课程选取以毽球、舞龙舞狮以及腰鼓为主要内容.Carry folk sport has far-reaching significance to inherit and carry forward the fine tradi-tional culture heritage building of the system,this paper,literature,expert interviews and other research methods of Shaanxi Normal university folk sports programs carried out to investigate.The results showed that：folk sports curriculum stage Shaanxi Normal Institute of Physical Education maj or in content-based teaching martial arts,physical education teaching contents and martial arts lessons ethnic undertaken coin-cide;contents folk physical education should be based on community needs and geographical features and settings,select the course with shuttlecock,dragon and lion dance and drum as the main content.
