绥化学院实施全员育人工作的理论与实践探索

摘　　要：全员育人理念是思想政治工作的重要思想,充分发挥全校教职员工育人作用,真正把育人工作变成了全体教职工自发和自觉的行为。文章从绥化学院面临学生教育管理队伍数量不足、学生教育管理的模式还不够灵活、信息化背景下学生教育管理的难度大等问题入手,从师德建设、作风建设、制度建设、环境建设方面着手,构建了全员参与的教育实践工作体系,希望为高校大学生思想政治工作提供理论借鉴和参考。The idea of educating students by all the stuff is an important thought of ideological and political work, which gives full play to all the staff＆#39;s role of educating students and truly turns the work of educating students to all the stuff＆#39;s spontaneous and conscious behavior. In view of such problems as insufficient quantities of management teams of educating students, inflexible management models, great difficulties in managing and educating students under the background of informationization etc., and starting with the construction of teachers＆#39; professional ethics and their working style, system construction and environmental construction, this article builds a work system of educational practice participated by all the staff so as to provide theoretical reference for the ideological and political work on university students.
