摘  要:船用气囊的发展实践领先于理论研究,气囊安全性问题越来越得到各方的重视.船用气囊在承受船体载荷时表现出物理和几何的双重非线性,因此,相关理论研究一直是一个难点.文中基于船用气囊囊体材料的单轴拉伸实验,结合有限元方法对气囊进行建模分析,确定了Yeoh超弹性模型为合适的超弹性本构模型,并建立了船用气囊的三维模型,对某典型承压气囊不同初始内压的刚度进行了数值分析.与实验比较,结果一致.该超弹性有限元模型可准确预报承压气囊的刚度特性,具有较强的理论及实用价值.Ship airbag applications are ahead of the theoretical research. Its safety gains more and more attention from all parties. Due to its strong nonlinearity both physically and geometrically,it is always a difficulty for relat-ed research. This paper uses both experimental approach and finite element analysis for the uniaxial tension test to choose proper hyperelastic models for the airbag. The Yeoh model has been proven to be the suitable model. Consequently,a 3D ship airbag model has been built and the stiffnesses have been computed with various initial inner air pressure. The results are in good agreement with test data,indicating that the model is correct and can be used in further research.
