摘　　要：通过文献资料法和观察法,遵循健美操音乐选编的原则与运动的个性特点,并结合多年的健美操训练和音乐制作的实践,阐述了音乐在竞技健美操中的功效,对健美操音乐的选编、节奏、剪辑等技巧进行探讨,期望健美操运动向着更完美的方向发展。Through the literature material method and observation method, follow the principle of aerobics music selected and personality characteristics of movement, and combined with the aerobics training and the practice of music production for many years, this paper expounds the music in the efficiency of competitive aerobics, Ed of aerobics music, rhythm, and editing techniques were discussed, such as expected aerobics movement toward a more perfect direction.
