摘　　要：本科生导师制是近年来高等学校新兴的一项探索性教育管理体制,本文从我院的实际情况出发,研究探索纺织工程专业本科生培养实行导师制的意义和必要性,分析了本科生导师制的主要内容、主要作用及做好这项工作的关键,并提出了新形势下进完善导师制的设想和优化策略。In recent years, tutorial system is a new emerging exploratory education management system. In this paper, the significance and necessity of implying the tutorial system for undergraduate students was studied and explored based on the actual situation of our college. Also, the main contents and funtions of this system, were analyzed. At last, some new ideas and optimization strategies on further improving the tutorial system were given.
