摘　　要：优秀的企业文化能够营造良好的企业环境,提高职工的文化素养和道德水准,形成强大的凝聚力、向心力和约束力,是企业发展不可或缺的精神力量和道德规范。阐述了企业人格管理的概述与特点,分析了以企业人格管理为核心的企业文化建设的意义,并提出具体的建设措施。The excellent enterprise culture to create a good business environment, improve their culturalaccomplishment and moral standards, the formation of a strong cohesion and centripetal force and binding, is the spiritual power and the moral standard enterprisedevelopment. The overview and characteristics ofenterprise management, analysis of the enterprise culture construction in enterprise management is the core ofsignificance, and puts forward some concrete measures for the construc-tion.
