摘 要:随着中小学校长负责制的逐渐完善,校长领导力已经成为衡量学校教育质量的重要指标。从校长领导力发生作用的过程分析,目前中小学校长在决策行为、组织方式和执行效果方面的问题主要因其个人角色模糊、组织方式不良以及共同目标缺失导致。因此,中小学校长要正确定位个人角色身份,提高个体领导力;改变传统的组织行为方式,发展团体领导力;开发学校共同愿景,构建愿景领导力;培养团队合作意识,增强文化领导力。With the increasing perfection of principal responsibility system in primary and secondary schools, principals leadership has become a key indicator to measure the quality of school education. An Analysis on the process in which principals leadership comes into function reveal that problems exist in principals decision-making, organization and implantation, which are mainly caused by the confusion of personal roles, the unhealthiness of organizational patterns as well as the lack of commonly shared aims. Therefore, principals in primary and secondary schools should correctly orient their role and personal identity to improve personal leadership; change traditional ways of organizational behavior to develop group leadership; develop shared vision of the school to build vision leadership; and cultivate team spirit of cooperation to strengthen cultural leadership.
