摘　　要：我国贫困农村仍有大量处于贫困线以下家庭的义务教育阶段学生,他们需要得到就学资助以完成学业。政府应承担起就学资助的主体责任,构建完善的贫困学生就学资助体系,通过就学资助保障贫困学生基本学习条件,在更高层次上推进教育过程的公平。There is a high proportion of students from families living below poverty line in the compulsory education in rural area of China. They need the financial aid system to complete school, but it hasn＇t been well established. The study demonstrates that the government should undertake the main responsibility for financial aid system construction and establish a funding system that works for rural impoverished students. Furthermore, the government should promote the fairness of education process at a higher level through guarantying the basic learning conditions for the impoverished students
