摘  要:为氧化残渣的有效利用提供理论依据,对枣庄煤H2O2氧化后的残渣依次用二硫化碳、苯、甲醇进行索氏分级萃取,并利用GC/MS/MS和FTIR对各级萃取物的组成进行了分析.结果表明:煤经氧化萃取后其煤基大网状结构基本没变,其中CS2萃取液检测出56种化合物,以芳香烃为主;苯萃取液共检测到18种化合物,以含氧化合物为主;甲醇萃取液检测出26种化合物,主要是酯类化合物.并初步探讨了溶剂萃取的作用机理.To provide theoretical basis for effective use of oxidation residue, oxidation residue obtained from Zaozhuang coal in H2O2 was subjected to sequentially fractional extraction with carbon disulfide, benzene, methanol extraction by Soxhlet extraction, and the composition of the extract was analyzed by GC/MS/MS and FTIR. The results show that the based mesh structure of coal has not been changed through extraction after oxidation; 56 compounds that are main of aromatic hydrocarbons were detected from CS2 extract; 18 kinds of compounds main of oxygen containing compounds were detected from benzene extract; and 26 kinds of compounds main of esters were detected from methanol. And the mechanism of solvent extraction was preliminary discussed.
