摘  要:以粉色郁金香品种Tulipafosteriana‘Albert heijn’为对照,研究其红色芽变品种‘上农早霞’开花过程中花色、色素组成及含量的变化。采用英国皇家园艺学会比色卡进行花色描述,利用特征颜色反应确定色素类型,利用超高效液相色谱——二极管阵列检测技术及超高效液相色谱——四极杆串联飞行时间质谱技术分析花色苷成分及含量。结果表明,‘Albert heijn’和‘上农早霞’花朵完全着色时花瓣中含花色苷及黄酮类,含少量叶绿素,不含类胡萝卜素。‘Albert heijn’花瓣中检测到矢车菊3-O-芸香糖苷和天竺葵3-O-芸香糖苷,以前者为主。‘上农早霞’花瓣中检测到天竺葵3-O-芸香糖苷、天竺葵3-O-乙酰芸香糖苷和天竺葵3-O-双糖苷,其中天竺葵3-O-乙酰芸香糖苷含量最高。花朵发育过程中2品种花瓣中各花色苷含量不断上升,‘上农早霞’总花色苷的含量及上升幅度显著高于‘Albert heijn’。花朵完全开放时‘上农早霞’花瓣中总花色苷含量为‘Albert heijn’总花色苷含量的3.1倍,此时‘Albert heijn’花瓣中矢车菊苷元衍生物含量占总花色苷含量的70.8%,而‘上农早霞’中天竺葵苷元衍生物含量占总花色苷含量的94.9%。‘上农早霞’与‘Albert heijn’花瓣中花色苷组成及含量差异是造成两者花色不同的直接原因。The changes of flower color and anthocyanin compositions during flowering between Tulipa fosteriana‘Albert heijn' and its red bud sport ‘Shangnong Zaoxia’ were analyzed. The flower color was observed according to the Royal Horticultural Society Color Card (RHSCC). Petal pigment type was identified by characteristic color reaction. Ultra performance liquid chromatography with a photodiode array detector and Ultra performance liquid chromatographyquadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry were employed for qualitative and quantitative analysis of anthocyanins. The results showed petals of ‘Shangnong Zaoxia’ and‘Albert heijn' contained anthocyanins and flavones,minor chlorophyll,and were non-carotenoids when flowers were fully opened. Major cyanidin 3-O-rutinoside and minor pelargonidin 3- O-rutinoside were detected in petals of ‘Albert heijn’, while major pelargonidin 3-O-acetyrutinoside andminor p('largonidin 3-O2hexoside and pelargonidin 3-O-rutinoside were detected in petals of 'Shangnong Zaoxia'. During flower development, the content of each anthocyanin was continuously increased and the lolal mthocyanins content was significantly higher in 'Shangnong Zaoxia' than that in 'Albert heijn'.When flowers were fully opened,the total anthocyanins content in petals of 'Shangnong Zaoxia' was 3. 1 folds of that in 'Albert hejin',and pelargonidin derivatives accounted for 94.9% of the total anthocyanins in 'Shangnong Zaoxia' whileas cyanidin derivatives accounted for 70.8%in 'Albert heijn'. The significant diffcrcncc in anthocyanin compositions and contents in petals of 'Shangnong Zaoxia' compared with that in 'Albert hejin' directly resulted in its markedly different petal color.
