摘　　要：学生资助事务是高校辅导员主要工作内容之一,建立科学合理的辅导员资助工作能力评价体系有助于大学生思想政治教育工作开展。文章分析了辅导员在学生资助工作中的任务与角色,提出了高校辅导员资助工作能力评价体系的设置,并运用层次分析法进行了评价、分析和讨论,以进一步提高辅导员资助工作水平。Student financial assistance is an important part of college counselors＇ work. Undoubtedly, a scientific and rational system to evaluate the counselors＇ working capacity for student financial assistance helps promote the work of ideological and political education on college students. The paper analyzes the mission and the role of counselors in the work of student fmancial assistance, discusses the set-up of such system and evaluates and analyzes the system by AHP （Analysis Hierarchy Process）.
