摘　　要：新建地方本科院校必须反哺地方。要充分发挥其本土化服务功能,就得牢牢把握住区域的重要性,坚持以培养高素质应用型人才为目标,切实为地方经济社会发展贡献力量。教学质量是学校发展的生命线,真正提升教学质量和人才培养质量是所有新建本科院校的长期奋斗目标。Newly- built local undergraduate colleges and universities must contribute to local society. To give full play to its localization services,colleges must firmly grasp the importance of regional,target cultivating high- quality talent as their goal,and contribute to local economic and social development. Teaching quality is the lifeline for the colleges＇ development, and effectively improving the quality of teaching and talent training is the long- term goals for all newly- built undergraduate colleges.
