摘　　要：教育信息化是教育发展史上的重要变革。建设高质量的教学资源库,能够有效地推动教育信息化的进程,提高教育教学质量。本文讲述了教学资源库建设对高职高专院校的重要意义,教学资源库建设的原则以及具体的建设内容。The education informationizadon is an important revolution in the development of education.Construction of teaching resource library of high quality, can effectively promote education informationization process,improve the quality of education and teaching.This paper describes the importance of teaching resources library construction of higher vocational colleges,teaching resource library construction principles and construction content.
