摘　　要：高校是先进生产力发展的重要推进器,大学生则是高等教育的核心群体,随着高等教育的大众化普及和网络信息化对青年群体的影响,在校大学生呈现出鲜明的时代特征。高校大学生基层党建工作要不断适应社会环境和工作对象的变化,在传承的基础上通过创新党的基层组织建设来增强党组织对当代大学生的吸引力和凝聚力,培养社会主义现代化建设的合格建设者和可靠接班人。College is an important booster for the development of advanced produc-tive forces,and college students are considered as the core group of higher education. As the popularization of higher education and the impact of network informationization on the youth group develop,college students show distinct characteristics of times. The construc-tion of primary party organization among college students needs to continuously adapt to the change in social environment and work object,and the attraction and cohesion of the Party among contemporary college students should be strengthened by innovating primary party organization on the basis of inheritance,in order to cultivate qualified constructors and dependable successors for the construction of socialist modernization.
