摘 要:悬臂式动力吸振器的质量块难以满足质点假设的问题,在考虑了悬臂式动力吸振器质量块和悬臂梁的质量分布特性后,分析了质量块对悬臂梁刚度的影响,得到一种计算动力吸振器特性的分布质量模型。由工程中动力吸振器的设计约束,对所提模型的参数进行了简化,避免求解超越方程,由吸振器设计目标反向确定设计参数。数值算例表明,所提模型的精度较集中质量模型显著提高。Aiming at the problem that the mass block of cantilever-beam type dynamic vibration absorbers can rarely meet the lumped mass assumption, a distributed mass model for this type of absorbers is proposed according to the mass distribution characteristics of the mass block and the cantilever beam. The influence of the mass block on the stiffness of the cantilever beam is analyzed. Due to the limitation of design of the dynamic vibration absorber, the parameters in the proposed model are simplified, and the design parameters can be inversely determined by the design objectives without solving transcendental equations. Numerical examples show that the proposed model is much more accurate than the lumped mass model.
