基于云平台的高职院校教学管理模式研究

摘　　要：按照信息技术中的"碎片化"思路和现代职业教育管理理念,遵循开放系统的管理理论和优化理论与方法的要求,将教学管理工作细化,科学规范工作流程,基于网络平台实施流程再造管理,可建立集互动交流管理、流程再造管理和数据管理于一体的信息化教学管理模式。它把管理软件设计还给管理者本身,使得人人可设计,事事可管理,处处可优化,创新了高职院校教学管理方式方法,提高了管理效能。According to the idea of ＂fragmentation＂ in information technology and modem management concepts of vocational education, following the requires in management theory of open systems and optimization theory, by refining teaching management tasks, scientifically standardizing workflow and realizing process reengineering based on the network platform, we can establish a new teaching information technology management model integrating the multiple functions of communication management and data management into one, bring the chance to the manager who could design the management software himself, so everyone could design and everything could be managed or optimized to innovate the teaching management manner of higher vocational college and improve the management efficiency.
