摘　　要：大学班级文化既是大学班级的本质属性,也是大学文化、社会文化内在的现实写照。探讨大学班级文化建设对于推动思想政治教育的深入化发展,培育大学生思想文化素养具有重要意义。大学班级文化建设具有释放思想自由、渗透主流价值、促进对话交往、提升精神品质等功能。然而,当前大学班级文化建设面临着在顺应中逃离自由,在功利中逃离价值,在形式中逃离对话交往,在追求时尚中丧失精神品味等问题。为此,扩宽渠道,让大学生思想自由释放;凝聚共识,在尊重价值多元化的基础上,回归社会主流价值;联结生活,让大学生有交往对话空间;选择高雅文化,提升大学生精神品味,是大学班级文化建设的真实诉求。University class culture is the basis of university class and the realistic inherent portrayal of social culture and university culture. Discussion of university class culture construction is of great significance to promoting the ideological and political education and to cultivating the ideological and cultural literacy of undergraduates. The construction of university class culture has the functions of releasing freedom, penetrating the mainstream value, promoting dialogue and communication, and enhancing the spiritual quality. However, current university class culture construction faces several problems. Therefore, we should widen the channels for students to express their ideas freely, build consensus to return the social mainstream value, joint life to let students have communication and dialogue space, select elegant culture to promote College Students＇ mental taste.
