关于地方本科高校专业建设首席负责制的思考

摘　　要：专业建设是提高专业人才培养质量的重要途径。地方本科院校实行专业建设首席负责制是逐步建立和完善现代大学制度的需要,可充分调动高职称、高学历、高素质的教师参与专业建设的积极性。实施专业建设首席负责制,要选择合适的首席负责人,制定相关制度和保障措施。The construction of specialty is one of the important ways for improving the quality of professional talents.To build and complete modern university system,there is need for local universities to implement the system of chief responsibility system for specialty construction,which may arouse the enthusiasm of teachers with high level of technical post,highly educational background and high quality in the participation of specialty construction.To implement the system of chief responsibility for specialty construction,it is a must to select appropriate principals and formulate relevant systems and supporting measures.
