摘  要:提出了一种圆柱型平板线圈永磁直流直线电动机的结构,对磁体、气隙、线圈等结构参数进行了优化设计,并加工出样机进行了性能测试与分析。驱动器尺寸控制在Φ6mm×10.5 mm下。矩形平板线圈的对边分别处于两个极性相反的气隙磁场之中,气隙磁场位于两块拱形截面永磁块之间,通过外筒、端盖导磁体的磁路闭合。在电磁有限元分析软件Maxwell 9.0中进行了优化设计,优化了气隙磁场。对加工出的样机测试了推力输出,结果表明该微小型永磁直线电动机平均推力可达0.6 N,适宜于应用在特殊受限空间环境中。A structure of cylinder permanent DC linear actuator using a flat coil was presented.Structural parameters of permanent,air gap and coil were optimized.A prototype was manufactured and some performances were tested in experiments.This actuator's dimension is under Φ6 mm×10.5 mm.The opposite sides of the rectangle flat coil were always inside the two air gap fields with the inversed polarity.The air gap field was between the two permanents with arch section and magnetic circuit was closed through the outer tube and the covers.Based on the FEA software Maxwell 9.0,the structural parameters such as air gap thickness and permanent magnet dimensions were optimized.The propelling force was analyzed through the experiments.The results demonstrate that the force of 0.6 N can be got and this actuator is applicable for narrow space.
