摘 要:教师的课堂教学行为影响并决定着教学的效率和质量。但以往针对教师课堂教学行为的研究,主要集中在教师自身的因素。从学生感知的视角反馈式测量学生期待大学英语教师的类型、大学英语教师授课方式方法、学生对教师授课的评价及对教师的满意度,可以发现:独立学院学生对于大学英语教师的满意度不高,对大学英语教师的课堂教学行为有着英语专业水平和教师教育技能等综合方面的需求。所以,独立学院大学英语教师要进一步改进课堂教学行为,以提升教学质量。Teachers’behaviors in classroom have great influences on teaching efficiency and teaching quality.However,previous studies mainly focused on teachers’characteristics.The present study, taking an independent college as an example,through questionnaires and with the help of SPSS 18.0 software,measured some expected features of college English teachers,classroom teaching methods and techniques,students’evaluation of classroom teaching,and students’satisfaction with college English teachers,all of them are based on students’perception.The study shows low satisfaction of students with college English teachers at independent colleges, and comprehensive requirements of students for teachers’professional knowledge and teaching skills in classroom teaching.The paper puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of English teachers’behaviors in classroom teaching at independent colleges.
