摘　　要：通过整合商业模式理论与技术能力理论,基于对聚光科技的纵向案例研究,本文构建了商业模式与技术能力共演模型。研究发现:(1)企业商业模式是随着企业发展不断演化的,其创新过程包含着探索与开发式学习;(2)企业商业模式与技术能力的交互影响是企业发展的推动力量;(3)企业学习能力保证了商业模式与技术能力的共同演化。这些结论深化了商业模式动态演化研究理论,搭建了商业模式理论和技术能力理论的连接桥梁,为竞争优势理论提供了新的视角,同时对于后发企业的追赶也有一定的启示。The authors try to bridge the theories on business model and technology capability for the purpose of exploring how they co-evolve to help firms acquire competitive advantage.They give a model of co-evolution of the two after the longitudinal case study of Focused Photonics Inc.Their findings show that the business model evolves with the development of a company and company's innovation process involves its explorative and exploitative learning.The interaction between business model and technology capability is the driving force for the growth of a company.The learning capability of a company guarantees the coevolution of business model and technology capability.These results are of great significance for elaborating the dynamic evolution process of business model,provide a new perspective for competitive advantage theory,and are enlightening to latecomer firms' catch-up.
