摘　　要：目的探讨内观疗法对青少年抑郁症患者疗效的影响。方法 86例青少年抑郁症患者随机分为研究组(43例)和对照组(43例),研究组患者给予疗程为5 d的内观治疗联合28 d的舍曲林治疗,对照组患者给予4周的舍曲林治疗,治疗前后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)和社会适应能力诊断量表对两组患者进行疗效评定。结果治疗5 d、28 d后两组HAMD-17评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),研究组HAMD-17评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗28 d后两组HAMD-17评分均较同组治疗5 d后评分降低(P<0.01)。治疗5 d、28 d后两组社会适应量表评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.01),研究组社会适应量表评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗28 d后两组社会适应量表评分均较同组治疗5 d后评分升高(P<0.01)。结论内观疗法联合抗抑郁药物能有效改善青少年抑郁症患者的抑郁情绪,并提高其社会适应能力。Objective To study the efficacy of Naikan therapy on adolescent depression. Methods 86 adolescents with depression were randomized into study group （43 cases） treated with 5-day Naikan therapy combined with 28-day sertraline treatment and control group （43 cases） treated with 28-day sertraline monotherapy. All patients were assessed with Hamilton Depression Rating Scale-17 items （HAMD-17） and Diagnosis Scale of Social Adaptability （DSSA） at baseline and at the end of the 28-day treatment. Results Compared with the baseline, total scores of HAMD-17 in both groups decreased significantly at the 5th day and at the endpoint （P 〈 0.01 ）. At the two interview point mention above, total scores of HAMD-17 in study group were significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Total scores of HAMD-17 in both groups at the end of the treatment were significantly lower than those at the 5th day of the treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with the baseline, score of DSSA in both groups increased significantly at the 5th day and at the end of the treatment （P 〈0.01 ）. Scores of DSSA in study group at the two interview point were significantly higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. At the end of the treatment, scores of DSSA in both groups were significantly higher than those at the 5th day of the treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Naikan therapy combined with antidepressants can effectively improve both depressive emotion and social adaptation in adolescents with depression.
