摘　　要：关于阿德勒的自卑与补偿理论,国内外研究主要从理论探讨和实证分析两个方向进行研究,但是对阿德勒个体心理学中自卑与补偿的单独研究并不多。有研究者在对阿德勒自卑与补偿理论补充和完善过程中提出了他人补偿理论,作为自卑补偿分类体系中补偿行为实施者维度的另一个元素。该文在阿德勒个体心理学的历史发展和理论体系的形成基础上对他人补偿理论提出质疑,并将继续探讨阿德勒的自卑补偿理论的实践功用。The researches on Adler＇s theory of inferiority and compensation at domestic and overseas are mainly focused on the two aspects of theoretical discussion and empirical analysis. However, there are few particular researches on the theory of inferiority and compensation in individual psychology, people＇s researches on it are still in groping and in further seeking. Some researchers came up with the others compensation theory as another element of the compensation behaviors as regard of the implanters in the system of inferiority and compensation classification system. Doubts will be come up with from the historical development and the forming process of Adler＇s individual psychology, and further discussing this theory＇s practical function.
